Newark 53, Morgan Park Academy 37 — Jack Clausel totaled 19 points and seven rebounds as the Norsemen advanced to the championship game at the Class 1A Serena Regional. Brett Anderson added 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winners.
Erie 72, Indian Creek 69, 2OT — The Timberwolves bowed out with a loss at the Class 1A Erie Regional. Jaron Todd led Indian Creek with 19 points. Garrett Post scored 16 points.
