Physical education students at Oswego’s Prairie Point Elementary School learned from the best this month, as world record holder George Hood of Aurora showed them how to execute the plank position. Hood spoke — and demonstrated — at a school assembly. His record-breaking attempt at holding the plank position lasted more than 1 hour and 20 minutes.
