Kendall County home burglarized

Someone forced open the back door to a home sometime overnight Friday in the 17000 block of Griswold Springs, Little Rock Township, and stole jewelry and cash, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
The resident said she was away from home at the time the burglary occurred. No estimated loss was given.
Thomas Resch, 38, 100 block of Central Avenue, Aurora, was charged with felony domestic battery, and two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery at 11 p.m. Thursday at the Aurora Police Department, police said.
Jonathon Jones, 24, 500 block of Sixth Avenue, Aurora, was charged with felony deceptive practice at 6 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of West Indian Trail Road, police said.
Desiree Cerda, 400 block of LeGrande Boulevard, was injured in a two-car crash that occurred at 5 p.m. Thursday near Elmwood Drive and Marseillaise Place, police said. Patrick Holbrook, 1400 block of Ritter Street, North Aurora, was charged with disobeying a traffic device following the crash, police said. Holbrook’s passenger, Jennifer Perez, 2800 block of Oakmont Drive, Montgomery, was also taken to an area hospital to be treated for injuries, police said.
Tiffany Davidson, 1200 block of Superior Street, Aurora, was injured in a two-car crash that occurred at 5:45 p.m. Thursday near New York Street and Broadway, police said. Mario Rodriguez-Delagdillo, 500 block of South Lake Street, Aurora, was charged with no license, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.
