An Aurora man was arrested at his home this week and charged with the aggravated criminal sexual abuse of two teens in Montgomery.
Jacob P. Edgers, 21, of the 2000 block of Dunhill Lane in Aurora, is charged with seven counts of felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse and eight felony counts of child pornography, the Kendall County sheriff’s office said Tuesday.
The sheriff’s office said it received a report of criminal sexual abuse of two teenagers — girls ages 15 and 16 — last July. The abuse occurred in the 0-99 block of Curtmar Court in Montgomery, police said.
Kendall County detectives investigated, and a warrant was issued this month for Edgers. He was arrested at his home on Monday, police said, and is being held on $200,000 bail at the Kendall County jail.
