AURORA — Starting Friday, the Two Brothers Roundhouse will offer up more than just booze — they’ll give you a little buzz, too.
Two Brother Brewing Company is venturing into speciality coffee, and to launch the brand and its first two coffee blends, they will be serving free coffee samples to all guests at both the Roundhouse in Aurora and the Two Brothers Taphouse in Warrenville on Friday.
The roastmaster will also be present to answer questions and talk about the coffee.
The company known for its locally brewed beers will launch two coffee blends — Brew House Blend and Holiday Blend. Both are made of coffees from Indonesia, Central America and East Africa. Two Brothers is also offering a limited release micro lot of coffee from Costa Rica.
“Our goal is to create dynamic and evolving coffee offerings, that will change based on each countries’ harvest season. Great coffee can only be achieved when it is freshly harvested, freshly roasted, freshly ground and freshly brewed,” said roastmaster Mason Brown.
Two Brothers coffee will be available in three-quarter-pound bags at the Aurora and Warrenville restaurants beginning Friday, and will also be sold online at twobrothersbrewing.com.
