Wire missing from job site

Six spools of electrical wire and six spools of copper wire were stolen from a construction site in the 100 block of North Randall Road, Batavia police said. Loss was an estimated $1,000.
Aurora
Nicolas Castro-Argueta, 45, 600 block of South LaSalle Street, Aurora, was charged with felony driving on a suspended license at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Marion Avenue, police said.
Stephanie Franz, 33, of Elgin, was charged with felony retail theft at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of West Galena Boulevard, police said.
Tina Mason, 2400 block of Oakfield Court, Aurora, was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center at 9:44 a.m. Thursday after she was involved in a two-car crash near Eola Road and Sheffer Road, police said. No tickets were issued.
Kendall County
Jason Ross, 27, of Morris, was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center at 6:50 a.m. Thursday after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident in the 7200 block of Route 71, deputies said. Police said Ross fell asleep at the wheel, and collided with a semi-trailer.
Oswego
Tyler Lorang, 21, 300 block of Benton Street, Oswego, was charged with drunken driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on Saturday in the 400 block of Arboretum Way, police said.
Yorkville
Someone stole a wedding ring, a gym bag, a fitness heart monitor, shoes and clothing from a car parked in the 1400 block of Crimson Lane around 4:43 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
