Volunteers worked on plantings over the weekend as the finishing touch for the Jeffrey Nekolny memorial outdoor learning area at Louise White Elementary School in Batavia.
Jeffrey was a 7-year-old second grader at the school when he died in May 2010. His parents asked that donations be made to the school, and the donations have been used to create an outdoor learning area at Louise White Elementary.
