Police: Man stole bike outside Plano courthouse, rode it home

PLANO -- A Plano man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing a bicycle outside the Kendall County Courthouse and riding it home.
Parish Adam Riley, 19, of the 4100 block of Osbron Street in Plano, was arrested at his home Tuesday and charged with theft, according to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.
Riley is accused of stealing a bicycle parked outside the Kendall County Courthouse at 807 W. John St. in Yorkville between 7:45 a.m. and 9:50 a.m., the release said. Riley allegedly rode the bicycle nearly two miles to his home, where he was arrested.
