Cadence Health’s Behavioral Health Services is sponsoring two seminars to discuss how to manage technology in our daily lives on Nov. 6 and 13.

Participants will learn if their relationship with technology is healthy, how technology can affect their physical health, as well as impact and alter their relationships, and how they can set healthy boundaries with technology and put those boundaries into daily practice.

Technology has become an integral part of our everyday lives. In fact, our relationship with technology is like any other relationship.

The Wednesday, Nov. 6, seminar is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Central DuPage Hospital, 25 N. Winfield Road, Winfield.

The Wednesday, Nov. 13 seminar is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Delnor Hospital, 300 Randall Road, Geneva.

Register at 630-933-4234.
