Ask a Lawyer Day: The Kane County Bar Association’s next monthly “Ask a Lawyer Day” is from 9 a.m. to noon Jan. 12. On the second Saturday of each month, the public is encouraged to call 630-762-1900 and speak with a volunteer attorney for free consultation about any legal matter you might have. Last month, callers were helped with legal problems regarding issues in real estate, landlord/tenant, criminal, estates and wills, divorce, child custody, collections, bankruptcy, traffic and more. If busy, keep trying. There is no voice mail.
