Second Born Consignment anniversary: About a year ago, Second Born Consignment, 25 W. Jefferson St., opened with just 13 consigners, offering Oswego and the surrounding area a place to sell and find gently used maternity and children’s clothing. This month, the store is celebrating its one-year anniversary by welcoming its 300th consignor. Second Born Consignment also has expanded its selection to include “like new” infant toys and gear.
