Fox Valley Volunteer Hospice: The nonprofit organization, offering support for those with life-threatening illnesses and the bereaved, is offering a free series of programs in February for those who have experienced the death of a family member or other loved one. Our Grief Journey: For adults who have experienced the death of a parent, any age child, sibling, friend or loved one, it covers topics such as understanding the grief process, coping with grief, spirituality, and embracing change and growth from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 2 through March 8.

Pathways: For those grieving the death of a spouse or life partner, two sessions are offered from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays, Feb. 13 to March 26; 1 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 15 through March 28.
