Photography by Feltes has resumed taking photos of children celebrating their first birthdays. The portraits are taken from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesdays at Jack Feltes’ temporary studio at 2175 Aucutt Road in Montgomery. No appointments are taken. Babies must arrive by 9:50 a.m.
Usually, babies must have their photographs taken before or on their birthdays. However, any babies whose first birthdays fell during the time Feltes’ Aurora studio was closed — Nov. 22 through the present — are welcome to stop in before Jan. 25 and have their photos taken for the feature. Otherwise, photos will not be taken after babies’ birthdays. Parents should take this into consideration when deciding what day to come in.
Portraits in the paper are free of charge and appear on the second and fourth Sundays of each month in The Beacon-News. Reprints and packages will be available for a fee set by Photography by Feltes.
