The Wildcats are taking part in “Celebrate My Drive,” a State Farm national contest created to heighten awareness about safe driving.
Although some of Annette Kueker’s recipes are complex, the chocolate chip cheesecake is a simple dessert. The Aurora resident always uses mini-chips in the recipe because they don’t sink to the bottom. She also tosses them with flour to keep them from sticking together.
