Felony drug charge for Aurora man

Miguel Rodriguez, 34, of the 400 block of Titsworth Court, Aurora, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at the jail at the Kane County Branch Court in Aurora, 1200 E. Indian Trail, police said.

According to a report, Rodriguez, who was the victim of a battery earlier that night in Aurora, was picked up on a Kane County warrant and taken into custody at Highland Avenue and Mercy Lane.

While sitting in the intake area at the Aurora jail, police discovered a small bag containing a powdery substance in Rodriguez’s front pocket, police said.


Nicole Pariso, 30, of the 200 block of Williams Street, Aurora, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance at 9 a.m. Saturday at her home, police said.

Steven Reynolds, 32, of the 700 block of Spring Street, Aurora, was charged with felony aggravated domestic battery and two counts of domestic battery at 1:34 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Sabino Sotelo, 18, of the 2800 block of Frances Lane, Montgomery, was charged with felony aggravated battery, felony harassment by telephone and domestic battery at 6 p.m. Friday at his home, Aurora Police said.

Lisa Perlstein, 27, of the 500 block of Pinewood Drive, North Aurora, was charged with drunken driving, failure to reduce speed and expired driver’s license at 3:53 a.m. Friday in the 1200 block of East Indian Avenue, police said.


Womax Stevenson, of the 1800 block of South Ninth Avenue, Maywood, was injured in a single-car crash at 1:20 p.m. Sunday at Route 47 and Waterpark Way, Yorkville police said. The crash caused the vehicle to overturn and Stevenson was transported to Rush-Copley Medical center.

Kendall County

Jessica Mouis, 37, of the 6100 block of Redgate Lane, Yorkville, was injured in a two-car crash at 8:28 a.m. Saturday at Route 71 and Main Street, Oswego, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Mouis was transported to Rush-Copley Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to a report.
