Updated: January 18, 2014 6:24AM

Three Aurora teenagers who were injured in a Friday night shooting have been released from local hospitals, police said.

Investigators are continuing their search for the shooter.

Police said the teens, ages 13, 14 and 15, were walking in the 1200 block of Colorado Avenue in Aurora at about 9 p.m. Friday when they were approached by a vehicle. Someone in the vehicle fired several shots at the teens and sped off eastbound on Colorado Avenue, according to police.

The 13-year-old victim was shot in the abdomen, the 14-year-old suffered graze wounds to his back and an elbow, and the 15-year-old was shot in the legs, said Aurora Police Department spokesman Dan Ferrelli.

The teens were transported to an Aurora hospital for treatment by Aurora Fire Department paramedics. A nearby home was struck by gunfire, but no one inside was injured, police said.

On Monday, Ferrelli said all three teens had been released from the hospital, and that no arrests have been made yet in the shooting.
