Armed men rob Plano gas station

Two armed men robbed a Plano gas station early Sunday morning, stealing cash and merchandise before injuring the store clerk, police said.
The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. at the Citgo on Waubonsee Drive in Plano. Police said two masked men, wearing blue jeans and jackets, entered the store and held the clerk at gunpoint. One man was wearing an orange mask and the other was wearing a white mask, police said. No further description was provided.
Before fleeing the store, the men struck the clerk, knocking him unconscious. Police said about 20 minutes later, a customer entered the gas station and found the clerk and called police.
The clerk suffered minor injuries during the incident, police said.
Oscar Tovar-Martinez, 31, 800 block of Rathbone Avenue, Aurora, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane usage at 1:52 a.m. Saturday near Lake Street and Rathbone Avenue, police said.
Alex Soto, 19, 2000 block of Stephen Street, Aurora, was charged with drunken driving, consumption of liquor by a minor, possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, a light violation, and failure to yield the right of way at 2:39 p.m. Saturday near East Galena Boulevard and North Union Street, police said.
Someone reported Friday that a fraudulent credit card was used to make $1,500 in purchases at Home Depot and Office Max on Sept. 16 in Oswego, police said.
Someone took $1,500 worth of property from a vehicle sometime between 8:30 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 a.m. Friday while it was parked inside a garage in the 500 block of Saratoga Court, police said.
Martin Arteaga, 8600 block of Platville Road, Newark, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane usage, and no insurance at 1:19 a.m. Sunday near Caton Farm Road and Schlapp Road, police said.
