Couple banned from Kendall 10 movie theatre following indecent exposure call

A young couple has been banned from Kendall 10 movie theatre in Oswego after police responded to the scene early Tuesday morning after a call concerning indecent exposure.
Police said the couple was found clothed, but had been engaging in some sort of sexual activity inside one of the theaters after a film had ended. The call came in around 12:12 a.m., Oswego police said.
No citations were issued, but the two were asked to leave, and issued a no trespassing warning.
Several people were injured in a two-car crash that occurred Tuesday evening in Aurora. Police charged Victoria Weiler, 1000 block of Forest Avenue, Aurora with disobeying a traffic signal and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after she was involved in the crash around 8:10 p.m. near Seventh Avenue and Jackson Street, police said. Weiler struck a car being driven by Nicole Kuntz, 1200 block of Fifth Street, Aurora. Both Weiler, Kuntz, and a passenger in Kuntz’s vehicle were taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center to be treated for injuries.
George Caputo, 66, 2000 block of West Downer Place, Aurora, was charged with felony giving a false alarm at 6:50 a.m. Monday at his home, police said.
Someone stole a trailer with a 40-foot wooden overhead deck sometime between Aug. 17 and Monday from the 9400 block of Caton Farm Road, deputies said.
Someone stole $5,000 worth of hearing aids from a parked vehicle sometime before 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 0-99 block of West Veterans Parkway, police said.
A 60-year-old bicyclist was treated on the scene by Geneva paramedics after being struck by a cargo van in the 500 block of Ford Street, Geneva police said. Police said Anthony D. Capozziello, 23, of St. Charles, was traveling southbound on the 200 block of South Sixth Street, at around 10:36 a.m. Tuesday in a 2005 Dodge Sprinter when he attempted to make a left turn onto Ford Street. Susan I. Bixby, of St. Charles, was traveling westbound on a bicycle in the 500 block of Ford Street when the two collided. Capozziello was ticketed, police said.
