Aurora man charged with sex abuse, burglary

An Aurora man has been charged with felony criminal sexual abuse and felony residential burglary following an incident in Aurora.
Ignacio Vasquez, 53, 700 block of Fifth Avenue, was arrested at around 3 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Dearborn Avenue, Aurora police said, and charged with the crimes.
Jennifer Bell, 31, 1700 block of Felten Road, Aurora, was charged with two counts of felony forgery at 10:445 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of North Farnsworth Avenue, police said.
Dario Torres, 42, 0-99 block of North Loucks Street, Aurora, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane usage and a light violation at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday near North East Avenue and Claim Street, police said.
Jessica A. Gum, 26, of the 0-99 block of Drendel Lane, Naperville, was charged with drunken driving, improper parking on the roadway and driving without insurance at 10:46 p.m. Sept. 14 after a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Randall Road, Geneva police said.
Paula C. Arellano, 38, of the 1100 block of Shoop Drive, Geneva, was charged with drunken driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 12 in the 200 block of South Randall Road, Geneva police said.
David Armstrong, 61, of the 2600 block of Lorraine Circle, Geneva, was charged with felony possession of an altered registration sticker and driving with a suspended license at 8:15 a.m. Sept. 12 after a stop in the 1000 block of South Randall Road, Geneva police said. Police allege the sticker had been altered with a marker.
