Woman charged with selling drugs in Oswego

Undercover investigators who were staking out an Oswego motel say they purchased heroin and cocaine from a woman who was living there.

Kendall County prosecutors filed charges against Graciela Hernandez, 49, who lived at the motel in the 1000 block of Route 30, for allegedly selling drugs to the undercover officers four different times.

According to an affidavit filed to obtain a search warrant for two rooms at the motel, Hernandez was being investigated by members of the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team task force when the sales occurred in late April and early May.

Records show that officers purchased both heroin and crack cocaine from Hernandez as part of the investigation.

Hernandez was charged with multiple felonies for delivery of heroin, delivery of cocaine, and possession of a controlled substance.

According to court records, a warrant has been issued for Hernandez’s arrest.
